James Nickolas Powell, age 17, passed away Monday, December 11, 2023 at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
James was born on April 1, 2006 in Searcy, Arkansas to Kenneth and Valine Powell. James loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, four-wheeler riding, and simply being with friends and family. James was a Junior at Prescott High School and wanted to become an arborist.
He is survived by his mother, Valine Powell (Prescott, AR), his sister Jada Powell (Prescott, AR), and two brothers Cody Powell (Prescott, AR) and Owen Powell (Prescott, AR).
He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Powell, his uncle Billy Powell, and several grandparents and great grandparents.
James will be remembered as a loving and caring person who touched many hearts. He will be greatly missed by family, friends, and classmates alike.
