John David Carella, Jr., age 52, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023. He was born on May 16, 1971, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to John David Carella, Sr., and Donna Faye (McDaniel).
John was a PFC in the Army. He is preceded in death by his grandfather and grandmother, Fay Eugene and Annie Bell McDaniel of Perryville, AR.
He leaves behind his mother and father, sisters Jacquelin Storey, Danielle Phillips, and twin Rhonda Walker, daughters Alyssa and Katelyn Carella, and two grandsons, Ollie and Kylen.

I’m so sorry and sad to learn John passed away. He was a special friend I met at UCA. I have any fond memories that I will cherish.
John was a kindred spirit as we agreed, a real friend, precious memories remembered as today my thoughts are on him. I miss him. I wish we had many more days together for I met him ever so much later in life but so glad I got to meet such a great guy. We never got to have that dinner date out but I will see him again. My sympathy toward his family. John is forever in my heart too.
