Tony Ray Powers, known more to those who knew him as “Bubba”, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 17, 2023. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on August 4, 1955 to William and Patsy (Dupriest) Powers.
Tony is preceded in death by his father William Powers; mother Patsy Powers; sister Debbie Aultman; and brother Billy Powers.
He is survived by his wife Debbie Powers of Cabot; sister Betty Ann (Tim) Jenkins of Hazen; sister Brenda (Mark) McKinnon of North Little Rock; brother Willie Powers of Cabot; son Jason (Dawn) Powers of Cabot; son Kevin Powers of Nevada, TX; daughter Tiffany Powers of Cabot; two granddaughters Braylin Powers and Breckynn Powers; along with numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
Tony was a jack of all trades including truck driver, locksmith, carpenter, autobody man, and plumber. There was nothing he could not do. He could come up with a design and make it happen. He will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held to honor Tony on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 10:00am with a funeral service starting at 11:00am at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Cabot, Arkansas.

They always say life is short and it truly is, it just seems like I seen Bubba yesterday, even though its been years. I’m just thankful I got to know Bubba and his son Jason. Always funny, will be missed & will be praying for the family.

Life just seems unfair sometimes, right? You not being here seems unfair. What i do know.. you were the best dang grandpa a girl could ask for. There has never been a moment in my life I didn’t feel so loved by you. You were ALWAYS there. I think about you every day. And I know dad does too. Thank you for loving us so big. I wish we could feel some of that love right now.
