Mary (Frances) Neil, 88, a resident of Hazen Arkansas passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024 in Little Rock She was born September 12, 1935 in Cotton Plant to the late Earl and Minnie Dollar.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Neil Jr.; her youngest daughter Mitzie Youngblood; two brothers, and four sisters.
Frances was a long-time member of The Bridge Church in Lonoke. She was a hairdresser by trade. She will be remembered for her devout Christian faith. She loved to cook and entertain for large family cookouts on a regular basis. She loved to fish and truly loved going to the Gulf of Mexico every chance she got. Our family has lost a true living angel.
Survivors include four sons, Charles Cook and wife Vera Cook, Kenny Cook, Albert (Nicky) Neil and wife Joyce Neil, and Tony Skarda; one daughter Felecia Cook; eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at The Bridge Church in Lonoke, Arkansas at 12:00pm. The funeral service will begin at 1:00pm at The Bridge Church in Lonoke, Arkansas.

Prayers for Nicky and Felicia and family! Ms Francis’ beauty shop was a part of my childhood. She cut my hair and she cut and fixed my mom’s for many years. She was a wonderful lady!

Dear Aunt Frances, you will be truly missed. You were the last survivor of the “Dollar girls”. You are now with Jesus and God The Father along with family and friends that went on before you. We love you Aunt Frances.
So sorry to hear that Francis (Dollar) Niel has passed prayers for family members. I’ve known Francis since we were in our teens. ThaDollar family were neighbors for several years. . I loved the family ,Mr. And Mrs Dollar, Mattie and Francis.
