Allen Johnnie Harper, 64, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on February 23, 2024. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri on November 2, 1959 to Johnnie and Helen Harper.
Allen is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Hal Harper.
He is survived by his son Levi Daulton Harper; sisters Rose Wigley, Clara Dilldine (Jack), Jo Ann Beck, and Linda Murphy (Jack); mother of his child Valerie Worthington; and a host of extended family and friends.
