On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, Bernie F. Utley passed away. He was preceded in death by his parents Faris and Alma Utley; sisters Jerri Weidemann, Jewel Seymour, and Doris Davis.
Bernie is survived by his two daughters Megan Utley and Dawn Spurlock; grandchildren Jesse, Thomas, and Bradley; great-granddaughter Jaida; brothers Ben (Barbara) Utley and Bob (Annette) Utley of Cabot and sister Gail (Jerry) Wilson of Ozark, MO; along with several nieces and nephews.
Bernie served in the Arkansas Air National Guard and was a proud veteran. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching old movies. Bernie will be missed by those who knew him.
The family would like to thank the staff at Spring Creek Health and Rehab in Cabot, Arkansas for the excellent care they provided Bernie during his time there.
A private service for family members will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bernie’s honor to St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital.
