Bobby Joe Martin, age 60, of Jacksonville, Arkansas was born in Manila, Arkansas on February 27, 1963. He passed away on January 30, 2024.
He is preceded in death by his father Virgil Martin; his mother Carrie Ivonne Martin; and one sister Darlene McCormick.
He is survived by his son Aven Martin of Jacksonville, AR; a daughter Brittany (Abraham) and two grandsons Joaquin and Luka Mercado all from Bakersfield, CA; three sisters Debra Bettencourt of Jacksonville, AR, Donna (Wayne) Allen of Farmersville, CA, and Earlene (Mark) Quinn of Cabot, AR; two brothers Bo Martin of Farmersville, CA and Wayne Martin of Batesville, AR; four nephews Mitchell, Marty, JR, and Eric and one niece CJ; along with several great-nieces and nephews.
Bobby loved betting on the horses, playing golf and poker, but what he loved most was his family and his friends. He was quite funny, and his laughter will truly be missed.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 2:00pm at Cabot Russell Chapel Church on the Nazarene; 30 Mahoney Road, Cabot, Arkansas 72023.

Bob was a funny guy I remembered so some times
With him and his sister earleen and her husband mark many good memories I will cherish for ever . I first meet earlene and mark in ward ar Then I meet bob and his son aven I will alway remember his smile and his giggle. He did They just wasn’t my friends they became my family and my kids loved there uncle bob. Aunt earlene and uncle mark. Bob you will be missed but not forgotten Love you now and always
