Felicity Barrow, age 21, of Conway, Arkansas passed away on February 16, 2024. She was born in Searcy, Arkansas on September 30, 2002 to Travis Barrow and Jennifer (Reid) Barrow.
Felicity is preceded in death by her mother.
She is survived by her father, Travis Barrow, and a host of extended family and friends.
