Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Mark Allen Holman, age 54

Mark Allen Holman, 54, of Cabot, AR, passed away February 4, 2024, at St. Vincent, Little Rock, AR.

He was born May 9, 1969, in Little Rock, AR, to Larry Holman Sr. and his late mother Helen Holman.

He and his wife of 33 years, Carla Holman, were married on Sept. 27, 1991, in Cabot, AR.

Mark was passionate about the outdoors and extended his enthusiasm to his children and family. They would often spend hours fishing, hunting and racing stockcars with family and friends. His passion for hunting passed on to his daughter and son, and they continued to spend free time with their dad at the family deer camp, bonding over the commonality. Through his love of the outdoors, he shared the beauty of the world with his children, brother, and extended family. He was the keystone of his family, joking and bonding with his brother and father. He loved spending time with his wife and kids watching movies and staying up late when they were little. He always looked forward to family road trips around the state.

He is survived by his wife, Carla, daughter Faith Disney (Cole), and son Blake Holman. In addition to his wife and children, he is survived by his father Larry Holman Sr. and stepmother Marie Holman; brother Larry Holman Jr. (Connie); niece Amber Weeks (Alex); and nephew Garrett Holman.

Carla would like to send a special thanks to Spring Creek Nursing Home for their support and dedication to the Holman family and for being there when they needed them.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 11:00am at the Charity Baptist Church; 250 Balding Road, Ward, Arkansas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Charity Baptist Church of Ward.
