Mary Frances Redmond, age 93

Mary Frances Redmond, age 93, of Sheridan, Arkansas passed away on February 11, 2024. She was born in Ashland, West Virginia on January 9, 1931 to Forrest Edward Bailey and Lillian (Hart) Bailey.

Mom was a secretary until she retired in 1996. She enjoyed genealogy, spending time with family, holding babies, bingo, crossword puzzles, reading, and watching anything with John Wayne, Gary Sinise, and Patrick Swayze. She loved Elvis, the Oakridge Boys, and Waylon Jennings.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Redmond, her parents Lillian and Forrest Bailey, her child Carol Ann Peck, her grandson Brian McNiven, great grandson Steven McNiven Jr, great granddaughter Caroline Yelland, sisters Betty Stevens, Phyllis Atwell, and Lillian Garvin and brothers Charles Bailey and Donald Bailey.

She is survived by two brothers Rick Bailey and Jim Bailey; her children Thaya (Jonathan) Tobin, Paul (Debbie) Peck, Robert Redmond, John (Melissa) Redmond, David (Pam) Redmond, and Carol (Frank) Yelland; grandchildren Richard (Laura) McNiven Jr, Steven McNiven, Barry McNiven, Allison McNiven, Brent (Allie) McNiven, Brad (Susan) McNiven, Wendy (Mike) McGowen, David (McKenzie) Peck, Kendrick Redmond, Finian Redmond, Sydney Redmond, Allyson Redmond, Nicole (Jared) Womble, Bailey Yelland, Frank Jr (Krysta) Yelland, and Eric (Hannah) Yelland; great-grandchildren Micheal, Matthew (Sierra), Richard III, Cheyenne, Madison, Merranda, Jessica, Alex, Amanda, Joshua, Graceyn, Jaida, Gavin, Jonathan, Kaylee, Halie, Calib, Brilin, Autumn, Elijah, Brody, Ayla, and Alexander; and great-great-grandchildren Matthew Jr, Ryan, Hannah, and Macy.
