James Earl Browning, age 71, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. He was born in Hughes, Arkansas on February 6, 1953 to William Browning and Edna (Ross) Browning.
James is preceded in death by his parents; his grandson Anthony Browning; and his brother Charles Browning.
He is survived by his wife Bessie Browning; two sons James Adam Browning and Matthew Shane Browning; grandchildren Kameron Mucklow, Addison Browning, and Spencer Browning; siblings Dorothy Bookout and Thomas Browning; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held to honor James’s life on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 1:00pm with a funeral service starting at 2:00pm at The Bridge Church; 101 Alice Lane, Lonoke, Arkansas. Burial to follow at Serenity Garden Cemetery in Jacksonville.
