Jason Marcelle DeRouen, age 50

Jason Marcelle DeRouen, 50, of North Little Rock passed away peacefully on March 19, 2024.

Jason is survived by his two daughters Jasmine DeRouen and Lexxy DeRouen (Josh); three grandchildren Avery, Kollyn, and Hunter; his brother Tommy Goss (Jessica); his mother Sharon Martin; and a host of extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Bob DeRouen; two brothers Thurman Goss and Westy Norwood; his grandmother, aunt, and multiple uncles.

Jason enjoyed watching sports, being outdoors, listening to his music, and spending time with family.

A visitation will be held to honor Jason’s life on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 1:30-2:30pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville. Graveside service will follow at 3:00pm at Rest Hills.

    Jason your onr of the greatest people i ever known . My heart is sad but also full of joy that you no longer have to endure the pain you were living thru but now you are truly free and happy , until i see u again my friend i love you brother .

    Jason I was so blessed to have u in my life. I knew u were sick but u never let on just how sick u really were. U are such an amazing soul that i will forever miss. I’ll miss all our fun talks and jokes and laughs. Soar high with the eagles my friend. I love and will miss u dearly.
