Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Jennifer Lynn Watkins, age 46

Jennifer Lynn Watkins, 46, of Mineral Springs, AR passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 with family at her bedside after a long hard fight with cervical cancer.

Jennifer was born on May 18, 1977 to Ida Gibson in Gurdon, AR.

Jennifer was a wonderful daughter, mother, sister, friend, cousin, and bonus aunt. She was a hard worker, enjoyed summer days with the kids at the lake, gaming, and her morning coffee with a cigarette.  Her favorite thing in life was being surrounded by her family as well as friends that she considered family. She was devoted to her tribe and would let you know that family wasn’t just about DNA for her.

In 2020, Jennifer finally met the love of her life, Nick. The happiness she was able to find with Nick was not something she had found before. They helped each other through each of their own health crisis and never faltered to be at each other’s side when needed. Even with all the trials they faced, they found lots of enjoyment together, especially with gaming. Jennifer was able to spend the last part of her life feeling truly loved and that was priceless to her.

Jennifer was predeceased by, one sister, Amanda Kay Watkins, Pops, Carl Kerns, maternal grandparents, Clyde and Etta Daniel, and a nephew, Kai Leeper.

Survivors include her mother Ida Gibson of Mineral Springs; her children Anee Medina of  Mineral Springs, Jaiden (Gizzy) Medina of Heavener, OK, and Michaela (Cody) Rollins of Haughton, LA; Fiancée, Nicholas Cirulli of Shreveport, LA; mom Barbara (Dan) Cirulli; Grandson, Liam Rollins; Sisters, Crystal (Lonnie) Davis, Orfe (Ramone) Barragan, and LaBetha Kay; a cousin but sister at heart, DeAnna (Joe) Morris; Eleven nieces and nephews, Cody, Brittany, Sadie, Heather, Andrew, Destiney, Emily, Landon, Lenny, Izzy, and Verity; Ten great nieces and Nephews, Avery, Cooper, Kipp, Olivia, Liam, Amaya, Lucus, Roman, Skyla, and Casey; Bonus children, Daya, Legacy, JB, and Kat; Bonus grandsons, Legend and Kai.
