David Lee Milligan Sr., age 68, of Littlerock, Arkansas passed away on April 3, 2024. David was born in Fort Benning, Georgia on January 3, 1956 to his loving parents Lola Mae Milligan and Oscar Hayes Milligan.
He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
David is survived by his wife of 49 years, Edra Milligan. two Biological Sons David Lee Milligan Jr. and Christopher Hayes Milligan (Felicia). One Sister Elizabeth Ann Mooney (Shawn) and one Brother John Alford Milligan. Nieces Christina Mooney, Stacie Mooney, Kim McKinney, Angel Milligan-Ray, and nephew John Jr. Grandchildren Kayla Milligan, Brandon Milligan, Megan Sims, and Kevin Giles and 6 great grandchildren. And a host of friends and extended family.
David enjoyed Harley Davidson Motorcycles and working on older vehicles alongside his sons. He served in the Army and retired from Crow Burlingame after 20 years.

He was such a a good man. I lived with them several years. He help me so much to show who I am and not who I want to be.
