James Patrick Webb Jr. “Steppy”, age 57, of Mayflower, Arkansas went to fish in Heaven on March 29, 2024. He was born in Everett, Washington on November 5, 1966.
He is preceded in death by his father Pat Sr. and mother Momma Lee; his daughter Angel Imma Star Webb; one grandson Gabriel Webb; two sisters Teresa and Tammi; and one younger brother Todd.
Steppy leaves behind his wife of 11 years Vickie Lynn Webb; three step-children Dontie, Chris, and Jessica Wilson; 10 grandbabies he loved very much; his sister Tina; his brother Frankie; and host of extended family and friends.
He had a very special friend, George Sturgeon, that he went fishing with almost every day without hesitation. Steppy has gone fishing in Heaven and will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved him.
