Robert “Bob” Lee Herring, age 63, of Mayflower, Arkansas passed away on April 21, 2024. He was born in Palm Springs, California on April 29, 1960 to parents Robert Lee Smith and Bonnie J. Wilkinson.
Bob will be remembered for his love of motorcycles and fast trucks and being a Disc Jockey. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his friends, Outsiders MC. Bob was loved by many and will by missed dearly by all who knew him.
Bob is preceded in death by his father Robert Lee Smith; his stepfather Paul Fred Herring; and his aunt Maxie Smith.
He is survived by his wife Beverly Herring; children Jennifer Bently, Dustin Herring, David Thomas (Karenanna); 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; his mother Bonnie Johnston; brother Paul “Freddy” Herring Jr; aunt June Terry; along with a host of extended family and many friends.
A visitation will be held to honor Bob’s life on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 4:00-6:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
Memorials can be made in Bob’s name to the American Cancer Society.
