Bobby Eugene Evans, age 89

 

 

Bobby Eugene Evans, 89, of Beebe, Arkansas passed away on May 5, 2024. He was born on October 10, 1934, the son of Ed Evans and Edna Hetrick-Evans.

He is preceded in death by his wife Donna Rae (Peachie) and his daughter Anna Gail Davis.

Bobby is survived by his daughters Donna Sue Izett and her husband Barry, Debbie Baum and her husband Mike, Sheila Lee and her husband Steve, His sons Gary Evans and his wife Brenda and Rodney Evans and his wife Debra. He had 22 Grandchildren and a lot of great-grandchildren.

Bobby (Dad) loved fishing and hunting. He will be deeply missed and was loved by many in Des Arc and Beebe.

A visitation will be held Friday May 10, 2024 at 1:00pm with a service immediately following at 2:00pm at Gospel Mission Church located at 210 Mission Lane in Des Arc with Burial to Follow at Johnson Chapel Cemetery.

Pat White, Evan White, Michael Bare, Randal Bare, Eric Evans, and Clint Evans will serve as pallbearers. Tim White, Elijah Evans, Chris Heil, Bobby White, and Chad Davis will serve as honorary Pallbearers. Steve Lee and Alton Evans will officiate. Anyone who would like to say a few words will be welcome to do so.

    Mr Bob was such a fine man. I loved him and Ms Donna. They were a staple when they served our community with the store where everyone congregated.
