❤️JW loved your family so much.! Towards the end he asked about Bro Jerry Lee, wanting to come to the nursing home. I just said he wasn’t able to. ❤️

Dear Sister Gay, your sons and extended Rogers family
Please accept our heartfelt condolences on JW’s passing. Even though we were not able to be there in person due to health reasons, please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I let the prayer shawl team and our pastor know of JW’s passing and they also express their condolences to you and the family. Gay and JW spent a lifetime of love and companionship and raised 4 wonderful and caring sons of which they are extremely proud. Every time we spoke on the phone or our infrequent visits there were heartfelt comments about the boys. I feel confident that those sons are giving strength and comfort to my sister (their mom) during this difficult time and I’m very grateful for that.
May the Lord give each of you comfort and strength during this difficult time.
Arthur and Pat Landry (Gay’s older brother)
