On September 19, 1970, Larry married his wife of 53 years, Donna Matthews Campbell. He managed multiple stores throughout southeast Arkansas, finally retiring from County Market in Pine Bluff. He served in many different management positions throughout his career, but his favorite job was always working in the produce department. He gained profound enjoyment in planting a garden every year to produce fresh vegetables for friends & family members. Larry was also a self-proclaimed sports fanatic & loved rooting for the Arkansas Razorbacks & his beloved McCrory Jaguars. After retirement, he made it a priority to attend as many McCrory football & baseballs games as possible.
