My friend of 55 yrs will be so missed. Love you Debbie
I’m so sorry for the loss of your mother. She seemed like a cool and fun person to hang out with. Hold on to your memories with your mom. Bring them forward in your brain and play “remember when”.
I am so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I love you and will miss you aunt Debbie.
To Alison and Jason: Your sweet mother loved you all dearly. Debbie loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren too. Debbie also, spoke highly of her parents, sister Linda and her brother Bubba. Cherish the memories. Oh my, Debbie I will miss our conversations about school and do you remember when subjects and talking about different recipes. You were a good friend to me helping me at school especially Harris and the original Jacksonville Elementary. I met you at Harris Elementary back in February 1997 on my first day as a substitute for PCSSD. I know June 2024 were were gone from the original Jacksonville Elementary 17 years. Heaven has gained an Angel. Rest in Peace Deborah Kay Davis Cates. ❤️
I am sorry for your loss. I remember Debbie from Jacksonville Elementary.
i remember Debbie well from high school although we weren’t close friends, we were friends. She was always so sweet and welcoming to me when i came to SHHS. She and her children also lived in the same neighborhood my and my two children lived for a couple of years. I always am saddened when I hear of someone’s passing that I didn’t follow up with as years passed. May God cover your children and family with strength and the sense of His arms around them during this really difficult time. You will live on in the sharing of memories and your grandkids. May you rest in peace my friend.
