He had a big heart, and loved to help others. Anytime I was with him I couldn’t even sniffle without him getting me some medicine. I’m so thankful to have been lucky enough to be a big part of his life for the past several years. I’m so glad he is no longer in pain physically and mentally. He can rest now. I don’t know all of you siblings, but to the ones I do know and don’t know I know he was a family guy and he shared many stories with me of y’all growing up, good or bad, he was proud to be a Weatherly. Prayers for each of you. There is nothing like the loss of a sibling, but all y’all have each other. And, God has our David. A big piece of my heart will be missing forever. 💔😢🙏

David was a sweetheart and was always so nice and respectful. I’ve known David since we were teenagers running around these hills. Thank you David for being a friend and that flat you fixed for me back in 1985, you were my hero that night!
