Roxann Wolf Spencer, age 61, passed away on July 7, 2024. She was born on June 20, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Larry and Susie Slaughter Greene.
Roxann leaves behind her children William C. Rettstatt Jr, Emily Ann Rettstatt, and Jeremy C. Sword; siblings Kathy Stallings and Michael Slaughter; many grandchildren; her beloved cat Susie Q, and two dogs Chief and Cash; and good friend Ms. Susie.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to any local animal shelter.
