Betty Joe Harvey, age 85, of Beebe, Arkansas passed away on August 26, 2024. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 24, 1938 to parents Albert J. Hanson and Lola M. Throughout her career, she worked as a security guard, OTR truck driver, and a sales rep at A-1 MH’s where she met the love of her life. Betty also spent many years working with her brother, Jess, at Woody’s Sherwood Forest.
Betty’s greatest adventure started when she was hired to manage the Nutty Bavarian Carts in Branson, Missouri. This is where she got to meet some of her favorite country music stars including Conway Twitty, Charlie Pride, George Jones, Barbara Mandrell, and many more.
After returning to North Little Rock, Betty enjoyed going to Beebe and White Hall on the weekends to set up her flea market booth. She loved the people she met and the relationships she built. Betty will be missed greatly by her family and friends.
