Troylee Charles Carter, age 76, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2024. He was born in Davenport Iowa.
Troylee proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a true American. He loved animals and the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife Brenda Carter of Jacksonville.
Per his request there will be no official services. In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate a small donation in honor to help with his cremation arrangements.

Brenda, Heartfelt love and thoughts are with you my dear sweet friend as you navigate the loss of your husband, Troy. We sometimes never understand the reasons why things happen in life but God always has a purpose and reason. Remember to always trust in the Lord with all of your heart.
