Valarie Anne “Nana” Norton Perry, age of 63, of Splendora, Texas went to be with her Lord on Monday, October 28, 2024 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on July 16, 1961 in Houston, Texas to the late Ell David Norton and Sandra Elaine Holt Norton.
Valarie was a loving Daughter, Sister, Mother, Aunt, Grandmother and friend to so many. She fiercely loved her family and was truly a kind soul who would help others by always putting their needs and wants above herself.
Valarie was a 1979 graduate of Splendora High School in Splendora, Texas. She held many titles and jobs in her time here on earth but her favorite was being “NANA” to her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children; Matt Davis of League City, Texas, Nikki Sindelar of Bovina, Texas, and Andrew Davis and wife Sallie of Farwell, Texas, siblings, Michael David Norton Sr. and wife Sherry of Springfield, Missouri and Sister Leah Tarrant and husband Roger of Splendora, Texas, grandchildren, Peyton, Priscilla, Amelia, David, Kyleigh, Blayne and Ryleigh as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Valarie enjoyed watching college football, playing dominoes, camping and spending time with her family, and most of all her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Bradley Waters.
A Family hosted celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 2 PM at The Beasley Bit Bridal Ranch and Event Center, located at 2218 County Road 2252 Cleveland Texas, 77328. Flowers may be sent directly to the venue for her service.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Agape Funeral Chapel in Lubbock, Texas.

Valarie, you will be missed around the tables at the get togethers. Your presence will always be with us. You loved life and you showed it. Even in the pain you still held your head up and smiled. Rest in peace with Jesus. U til we meet again Aunt Dottie loves you.
