Bonnie Jean Walker Jones, age 83

Bonnie Jean Walker Jones, 83, of Cabot, Arkansas left this world on October 10, 2024. She was born on November 27, 1940 to Samuel Edgar Martin and Bertha Marie Martin in Lodges Corner, Arkansas.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents; her first born child Sandra Darlene Walker; her second husband Johnnie Lee Jones; 8 brothers and sisters, Samuel Earl Martin, Edna Marie Diest, Mary Katherine Skean, Troy Wayne Martin, Myrtle Louise Smith, Velna Lucille Mensch, Martha Louellen Waller, and Ray Allen Martin.

Bonnie leaves behind her first husband Carl Dean Walker; two daughters Carla Smith (Bill) and Kimberly Cole (Paul); four grandchildren Jordan Sims (Kaylyn), Alyssa Lawrence (Scotty), Sierra Smith all of Cabot, and Jamie Cole of Iowa; six great grandchildren Carson, Brylee, Emma, Lailah, Kaison, and Aaliyah; and her beloved dear friend Terri Sanson.

She loved camping and fishing with her family and spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a long career at Remington Arms in Lonoke and later at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts.

We are thankful for the time we had with her and for the love and guidance she provided. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 14, 2024 from 6:00-8:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 10:00am in the chapel. Interment will be at Bayou Meto Cemetery in Stuttgart, Arkansas.
