Lauren Wayne Felder died on October 16, 2024 at the age of 79. Lauren was born in West Helena, AR to Rufus Lauren and Thelma Tate Felder on November 1, 1944. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, he touched the lives of friends and family with his quick wit and his love of laughter.
Lauren spent his career from age 16 with Kroger. He retired as Produce Manager after 42 years. Being a native Arkansan, he was an avid Razorback fan and enjoyed going to the games.
He is preceded in death by both his parents; his brothers, Jerry and Ted; and his sister, Bonnie. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Linda; daughter, Vivian Webb; granddaughters Danielle Webb and Hailey Curtis (Matthew); and his “main man” great grandson, Kaiden. He will be deeply missed.
A private graveside service will be held for family at Egner Cemetery, Salado, AR.
