William “Will” Burt Cagle, Billy to family, was born April 12, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio. He passed away October 18, 2024 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 72.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Bill Cagle, Elsie and Gene Jenkins, brother Rick Cagle, and sister Jeanette Johnson.
He is survived by his son; Darius “Zack” Cagle of Alexander, two grandchildren; Wesley and Tori Cagle, four brothers; Ruben (Donna), Mike, Raymond (Lisa), and Robert Cagle, sisters; Diane (Sam) Holt, Lynn Cagle, and lots of nieces and nephews.
Billy loved Nascar, NFL (Dallas Cowboys), Rock and Roll, good food, and a cold one. He was a good cook and better mechanic. He worked as a mechanic for many years. Building race engines was his passion. His last job was at Auto Sports Center where not only did he build the engines, but he discovered that he was a great salesman. Who else is better qualified to sell you a race engine than a mechanic who builds them? He soon added Lead Sales Representative to his list of accomplishments.
Billy is loved by so many and will be missed.
Graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Little Rock, Arkansas on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 2:00pm.
