Delores Jane Aldrich, age 75, of Ward, Arkansas passed away on November 7, 2024. She was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa on October 21, 1949 to parents Fred and Marcella (Hoover) Benton.
Delores is preceded in death by her parents; one brother Lawrence Benton; sister Donna Day; and son-in-law John Pawlak.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years Curtis Aldrich; two daughters Leann Pawlak and Teresa Roe (Daniel); three grandchildren Courtney Sneller (Josh), Mason Roe (Kylie), and Emily McBride (Matt); five great-grandchildren Harrison, Brooklyn, Ryon, Riley, and Jonathon; one brother Vernon Benton (Judy); along with a host of extended family and many friends.
Delores worked as a Park Attendant for the Corp of Engineers for many years. She loved dogs, especially German Shepherds and one special Chihuahua. She enjoyed spending her time outdoors. You could often find her gardening, canning, fishing, or camping. Delores loved her family dearly, and she held a special place in her heart for her grandbabies and great-grandbabies.
A family-hosted memorial service will be held at Old Austin Baptist Church on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 2:00pm.

Aunt Dee was a very special lady, she was always happy! She definitely will be missed!
