Timothy “Tim” Christman, born on July 12, 1956, of Bryant, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2024, in the comfort of his home surrounded by his wife, son, daughter, and daughter-in-law. Tim was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
A loving father and a man with a big heart, Tim’s kindness and warmth radiated to all who knew him. Tim enjoyed spending time with his family. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as watching his favorite teams; the Dallas Cowboys, Arkansas Razorbacks, and the St. Louis Cardinals. He was also fond of watching western films. Tim was an avid storyteller, often sharing tales about his life, his beloved mother, and his brothers.
Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Vondran, father, Paul Christman and brothers, Paul David Christman and Mark Cross.
Timothy is survived by his wife, Rena Christman; son, Andrew Christman and daughter-in-law, Summer Christman; daughter, Amanda Wheeler; and grandson, Jackson Balkman. He is also remembered by his nephews, Aaron Christman and Seth Cross; and sister-in-law Jerrie Russenberger who he liked to call Sister.
Tim’s memory will be cherished by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His stories, his laughter, and his unwavering love will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
