It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah Ann Stewart on December 8, 2024. Deborah was born on January 20, 1952, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, and friend. Her free spirit, courage, compassion, and deep love for her family will be remembered by all who knew her.
Deborah is survived by her daughter, Kerridon Stewart McGarity Harrison, and son-in-law, David Harrison; her sister, Mary Beth Perez, and brother-in-law, Boris Perez; along with many nieces and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruby McGarity, and Johnny L. Stewart. She was also preceded by six brothers: John Allen Stewart, Charles Gordon Stewart, Donald Bruce Stewart, Gene Merle Stewart, Billy Dale Stewart, and Michael Steven Stewart.
Deborah spent many years working in public relations, where she had the privilege of meeting countless people and forming lifelong friendships. With a heart full of generosity, she was always ready to lend a hand to those in need. Family meant the world to Deborah, and she dedicated herself to showing care and affection for her loved ones.
She will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

I’m sorry we lost another family member. Breaks my heart ❤️
Sorry for your loss. Prayers to the family
Deborah will always be remembered and loved by many. Her family here in Texas send condolences, hugs and prayers. Our hearts and thoughts are with you all. Deborah was a very outspoken, sometimes loud, little lady; she had a big heart and stood up for those she loved and what she believed In. She will be missed, and I will always remember (as she told me when I married into and became family), she is and will always be The Queen Bee and the only Deborah!!

Deborah was my friend for many many years. I have many happy memories. I loved her and became close to several of her family members throughout the years . I was very fortunate to have her in my life.
Beth, I am so sorry for your loss! Deborah and I formed a special bond several years ago during Covid. We couldn’t do a thing so we chatted on the phone. Deborah had her way as you well know. She was an amazing woman. I wished I had met her earlier in life. If you need anything at all, do not hesitate to call me. And call even if you just want to talk. Much love to you Beth! Rest in Jesus’ arms Deborah!
Thank you Linda. She loved you and cherished your friendship..❤️
