John Nolan Masterson, age 66, of Enola, Arkansas passed away on December 11, 2024. He was born in Harrisburg, Arkansas on April 7, 1958 to John A Masterson and Nola Brown.
John is preceded in death by his mother, Nola Tacker; father Earl Tacker; and nieces Nola Jane Jarrett, Miranda Berger, and Sari Berger.
He is survived by his wife Rita Masterson; sons Shaun Masterson (Maria) and Shain Masterson (Kursten); grandchildren Teegan, Laraime, Logan, and Madilyn; siblings Dottie Thomas (Tim), Jeff Tacker (Christy), Connie Jarrett, Elisa White (David), and Marissa Sifford; his father John A. Masterson and mother Mary Nell; 12 nieces, 9 nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews.
John loved to fish, listen to music, play cards, watch football, coach baseball, and watch Teegan’s barrel runs and rodeos. He enjoyed working and especially loved spending time with his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 11:00am in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Arkansas Hospice in John’s honor.
