Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Antonio Donell Watson

Antonio Donell Watson was born to Hobort Jr. and Kathryn Watson on June 30, 1979. He was born in Monroe, Louisiana.

Antonio attended Wisner High School in Wisner, Louisiana where he graduated in 1998. At Wisner High School he was known for his basketball skills on the court where he did receive a scholarship to Grambling University but changed his course of direction after school.  After graduation, he moved to Little Rock, Arkansas where he lived until he was called home. One of his first jobs after moving to Little Rock, Arkansas was working at Four Corners Cleaning Services where he went on to work at Laidlaw Transportation, as a professional school bus driver, in 2000 until 2005. In 2005, he changed careers and started to work in the Ice Industry as a driver at Reddy Ice until 2010. Upon changes at Reddy Ice, he then went onto to work at Imperial Ice in 2010 where he was a driver and Warehouse and Route Supervisor, until he got sick and had to take medical leave in 2024. Imperial Ice was a company that he loved to work at and was dedicated to the employees as well as the customer’s.

In 2001, he meets the love of his life and the mother of his son, Raven Hunter while they were professional school bus drivers at Laidlaw Transportation Services. In February 2003, his only child and son Dante’ Watson was born who he loved and cherished with everything that he had in him. He lived his life for his son. Dante’ was his world and being this best father that he could be to him was undeniable. He was his protector and would no one come between the family that he created.

Antonio was a very caring and loving person. If you knew him you know that he loves music.  Antonio created his own record label in the early 2000s, where he created his own beats and wrote his lyrics for himself and other artists that he signed to his record label. Creating music was his passion and it was his way of escaped from the world.  His stage name was, “Dice” where his close friends and fans knew him as.  Antonio also had a passion for playing video games on his PlayStation and there is never a day that he went without playing his game even while he was in the hospital he had his son or dad to bring it to him. He could buy a game and in the same day beat it and that’s what he loved to do.  Antonio was a Gardner, his favorite plants to plant was sunflowers and elephant ears. If you came to his place of residence, you would see his beautiful plant garden. He was proud of his garden.  Antonio was a ride or die LSU fan and every chance he got he will rep his team. Especially, would talk smack during the LSU vs. Arkansas game.
