Love you Gene.
Gene was one of my favorite people on this planet. Genuinely warm, friendly, always ready with a story which he told with humor and spirit. He found the funny in every situation and was just a joy to be around. He will be missed by everybody whose life he touched. I most certainly will miss him. As he used to say when a visit was coming to and, “ The pleasure was all yours. I’m glad you could meet me!” It most certainly was, Gene, it most certainly was, and I’m glad too. Goodbye old friend.
Gene is unforgettable, he always made us smile, and he will be dearly missed by Sheila’s family. We love you, Gene!
The very awesome Grandpa
Gene is soooo loved by all of us in Sheila’s family, including our spouses. He was the dearest and funniest man, and I shall miss him tremendously, as will ALL his in-laws. We feel very fortunate to have had him in our family these past 50+ years.
I love you pawpaw- he’s was the one who always said over and over how proud he was of me- I don’t think I deserved it- but coming from him meant a lot!
