Veletta Sue Gilmore, age 56

Veletta Sue Gilmore, age 56, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on January 10, 2025. She was born in Wynne, Arkansas on June 14, 1968 to parents Cletus Frost and Nadine Powell.

Veletta is preceded in death by her husband Johnny Gilmore and brother Eugene Harpole Jr.

She is survived by three children Donnis Brasher (Karen), April Odom, and Dennis Brasher (Amber McPherson); grandchildren Cadence Odom, Summer Odom, Gabriella Odom, Michael Odom, Sandra Youngblood, and Henry Brasher; father Cletus Frost; mother Nadine Harpole (Eugene); two siblings “Hotrod” and Angela Ross; and her fiancé Richard Fowler.

Veletta loved her mama and her dogs. Her kids and grandkids were her life. She enjoyed life and celebrating, and she especially liked playing the mobile game Fishdom.

    I was the baby sister but was adopted out thank God I had a wonderful life but still may you fly high sister I loved you regardless of aknoldement of me and yall are in my prayers also!
