Vicki Lynn Clagg passed away on January 11, 2025 at the age of sixty-six in England, Arkansas. She was a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada. During the year 1975, Vicki and Harzel met at the Miami trailer park in Toledo, Ohio and they would go on to have 3 children together. Vicki was smart, sweet, and a very generous woman. Her generosity knew no bounds, she would feed anyone and would give the shirt off her back if she knew you needed it. Vicki was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and had a beautiful soul. Her smile was infectious and would light up any room she entered. She could cheer you up very easily if she knew you were feeling down. She enjoyed playing cards, watching movies, listening to music and watching her favorite football team The Kansas City Chiefs. She lived life to the fullest and especially loved spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved dogs, Jacque and Princess.
Even though Vicki is gone she will never be forgotten and will be in our hearts for forever.
She is survived by her loving husband Harzel Clagg whom she enjoyed fifty wonderful years with and their three sons; Joshua and his loving wife Laura Clagg, Shaun and his loving wife Heather Clagg and Brandon Clagg. Also her grandchildren whom she loved spending time with Caidence Clagg, Callie Clagg and Bethany Clagg. Also her great grandson Tommy Hughes who made her very happy and she loved spending time with. She’s also survived by her loving sisters Rebecca Chandler and Paula Chandler.
She is preceded in death by parents Juanita and Tracy Carter; brother Allen Tracy Carter.

My heart and prayers go out to Vicki’s family in their time of grief. I grew up with the Carter family and they will always be dear to me. Vicki, Allen, Becky and baby Paula were my childhood neighbors and friends in whom I have many happy memories.
