Leslie (Les) Cobb, age 70

Leslie (Les) Cobb, 70, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2025.  Les was born on August 23, 1954 in Camden, Arkansas.

Les graduated from McClellan High School in 1972 in Little Rock, Arkansas where he met the love of his life, Sherry Railey Cobb.  Les was an insulator with the Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers Local Union #10 before owning several businesses and retiring from General Dynamics.  After retiring, Les and Sherry enjoyed traveling, fishing, playing dominos with friends and cooking. He had a love for animals, especially his Chocolate Lab, Coco.  Les had a wonderful sense of humor and always made everyone around feel comfortable, at ease, and loved.  He can never be replaced and will be missed by so many.

Les was preceded in death by his father, Murray Cobb, brother (Michael), his daughter (Nichole), and his grandson (Nicholas).  Les is survived by his wife, Sherry Railey Cobb, mother, Billie Hobbs, sister, Cindy Hobbs, his six children, Lance Cobb (Leah), Nick Cobb, Joey Cobb (Andrea), Brittany Deichmann (Thomas), Robby Burns (Meg) and Holly Holland, as well as, numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and extended family.

A visitation for Les will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at A Natural State Funeral Service, located at 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, AR 72076.

    Sherry I know we didn’t get to know each other but I’m sorry for your loss. Les was a great man and he was a great dad to me and awesome pawpaw to my kids. To the rest of the family I love you all and will be praying for peace and healing for you all.
