Michael “Mike” Alan Usdrowski, age 67 years old, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, went to be with his Lord & Savior on February 7th, 2025, to be reunited with multiple family members & his beloved dog, Sissy.
Born July 2nd, 1957, in Elmhurst, Illinois to Frank Usdrowski & Celeste “Lana” Usdrowski-LaFollette. As a teen Mike moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas with his family & graduated from Lake Hamilton High School in 1975. Mike continued to reside in Hot Springs with the family he created until his departure from this Earth.
Mike established a successful Construction business until his retirement: building spectacular homes, commercial sites, re-establishing historical sites to their newfound glamour: Mountain Valley Water, Webb House, Hot Springs Bath Houses, Hot Springs Funeral Homes, The Waters Hotel; Burger Kings, Fountain Lake Family Medicine Clinic dedicating numerous hours & materials to homes for the impoverished & churches. You can even see his handiwork in the baptismal for Social Hill Missionary Baptist church, where he was a Member & attended until his reunification with our Father. Mike’s baptism occurred July 28, 1957. As an adult, Mike re-dedicated his life to Christ in 2000 & spent many years sharing his Faith & Love of God, to everyone he came in contact with.
Mike’s proudest accomplishments include being a committed husband to Debbie, a devoted dad, raising Sabrina, Michael, & Beth, being a loving Pops to Serenity, Ariel, Bailey & Kara. Mike was a Trailblazer & demonstrated unconditional love to his family. Mike cherished quality time with his family including lake days, camping, fishing, deep sea fishing, deer hunting, ATVs, gardening, crystal evaluating, floating the Buffalo River, music, massages, racing: dirt track & NASCAR, watching Westerns, Rodeos, savoring desserts made by his family, seafood boils & family vacations. Mike always had a project: construction, vehicle, boat, camper.
Mike kept his sense of humor, made funny facial expressions to get his point across, cracked jokes, & smiled throughout his journey. Mike’s loving spirit is carried on by his wife, Debbie, his children: Sabrina, Michael, Beth, Audra, Amber, his grandchildren: Serenity, Ariel, Bailey, & Kara. Mike was a Mentor to his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, son-in-law, & extended family. Always the person to be counted on. Preceded in death by his parents, his mom, Celeste “Lana” LaFollette. His father that raised him, Francis “Frank” LaFollette. His sister, Lorel “Laurie” Bauer. His brother, Frankie LaFollette. All of Hot Springs, Arkansas. His father, Frank “Fritz” A. Usdrowski of Idaho.
The family wishes to extend sincere thanks to the staff at CARTI including Kyndall Finnell, SLP, Dr. John Sims, Dr. Naveen Yarlagadda, Nemo, Keri, Tyler, Patricia, Trish, multiple lab, infusion, nursing staff & a host of other CARTI employees that encouraged Mike. Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Lowe Cemetery, 158 Cemetery Trail, Royal, AR 71968. Please bring lawn chairs for your seating.

Mike was a good friend, always fun to work around.
A lifelong friend that will be missed greatly by so many… Our hearts and prayers are with all of Mike’s family and friends.
Sadly, I missed most of my cousin’s adult life, but I can see he was dearly loved by his family and community, which makes me appreciate him all the more. Rest in Peace, Cousin, Blessed Be.
I bricked a lot of houses for Mike and he was one of the best guys I have ever worked for. Really enjoyed dirt track racing with him.
I will.always remember Mike as a good friend and his family that I loved and still do.with all my heart good man
Mike was an exemplary man that i had the honor of caring for in his final days on this earth. His smile and jokes despite his health challenges stood out to me immediately. Sabrina, thank you for allowing me to help you and Mike through this part of his journey. He will forever be a remembered patient and you a new found friend. So sorry for your loss. May God give you comfort and peace in this sad time. He will be greatly missed.
