Richard Louis Caldwell, age 79, of Searcy, Arkansas passed away on February 8, 2025. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on January 28, 1946 to Perry Nelson Caldwell and Viola Alice Tarter.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Billye Caldwell.
He is survived by two children Shari Watson and Terry Caldwell along with many grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 10:00am with funeral service starting at 11:00am in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Burial to follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
