David Eugene Browning, age 93

David Eugene Browning was born January 3rd, 1932, in Hot Springs Arkansas, to the late Fred and Clara Browning.  He left this life on March 3rd, 2025.

David married the love of his life Marie, in 1952 and built his home and family on the Browning Family property in the Ten Mile Community.  He spent 35 years working at Lake Catherine Footwear, later Monroe & Company, alongside Marie. David loved animals, as shown by the multitude of dogs and cats that lived on the property over the years. He also had a love for fishing and hunting that he shared with his children, Randy, Anita, and Steve. David also had a green thumb and spent much time in the garden growing green beans, okra, purple-hull peas, tomatoes, and more.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Marie Browning, his parents Fred and Clara Browning, Doyle Browning, his brother, and his two sisters, Louise Bearden, and Marie Teague.

He is survived by his children Randy Browning, Anita Parsons, and Steve Browning, and a long list of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The ceremony will be held graveside at Ten Mile Cemetery on March 10th, 2025, with a visitation at 10 A.M. and funeral to follow at 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ten Mile Cemetery c/o Jerry Westerman, 16076 Hwy. 70 Benton Ark.
