Kim was one of a kind. She was always so kind and I hardly ever saw her without a smile on her face. If we ever had a question in accounting, first thing we’d say is call Kim. We will miss her dearly. Praying for God’s comfort in the coming days, weeks and months ahead.

A genuine Lady of God. Kim was a blessing to every person she met.

Kim was the best boss I could ever have had, and so quickly became a friend and someone I laughed with every day at work. She was the most patient, kind, joyful person I’ve known. No matter how many times I asked the same question to reassure myself she answered it. I had confidence in myself because Kim had confidence in me. I’ll always be so grateful for two and a half years that I was blessed to be her assistant.

Sis. Kim taught my son ins Sunday School when he was young. She was so excited to tell me one day that he came up and hugged her on his own. After that, she would pay him $1 every week just to get a hug.

We will always remember Kim for her diligence at work and in prayer. She worked with Mel, and she prayed diligently for us both as we went through various health battles. She was a true friend and prayer warrior. We know we will see her again some day. What a day that will be!

I joined the Arkansas Insurance Department in 2020. Kim took me under her wing and provided much needed guidance. She quickly became someone I could call a friend.

There are no words to describe the pain felt since her passing. She was one of one. Patient, kind, and the type who could light up a room with her presence. Kim made coming to work every day a joy. She was the heart and soul of the Finance Division at AID.

I am so grateful to have had the privilege of calling her a friend. She’s truly irreplaceable and someone I will never forget. I extend my deepest condolences to her family and friends.

Kim, I have long said, was the kind of person you could know for five minutes and feel like you’ve known for fifteen years. When I first came on at AID, I didn’t know anyone in the finance division but felt from early on that I had a friend in Kim. She was so welcoming and kind, always eager to share about her life (Boy, did she love her grandkids!) and hear about yours. Kim and I quickly found that we had a number of things in common and enjoyed talking about those topics.

When I left AID to take another job, breaking the news to Kim was the hardest thing. I knew it was unlikely that I’d ever again have a boss quite like her – someone who truly had become a friend.

Kim was a one-of-a-kind lady with a heart of gold. Given her strong faith, I have no doubt that she is right now rejoicing in the presence of her Savior, and we who share her faith in Christ will one day join her there. My continual prayers go out for her family and close friends as you all mourn the loss of her.

Kim will always remain in my heart. She was a bundle of joy and never failed to lighten up my day. In a trialing time in my life, she helped me get a job with AID and I was lucky enough to begin seeing her everyday, we grew so close. I’ll always be so grateful for her help. Words cannot describe the hurt of her loss, but I’m thankful to know I’ll see her again. Until then she’ll forever be missed. I thank God for the peace that surrounds me knowing she’s exactly where she lived her life to be. She’s now rejoicing with the Lord. I’ll forever be grateful for our bond and her encouragement in my life. Praying for the whole family, may God strengthen you and give you peace.

A kind spirit is an understatement when speaking of Sis Kim. I’ve met some amazing people in my lifetime and she was definitely one of them. I’ve never seen anything but a smile on her face and it was the most ❤️ contagious. She definitely had her candle lit and let it shine for the world to see. Love you Sis Kim.
