In the quiet moments of our days,
Her words would softly find their way—
On every post, in every share,
A heart so full, so rich, so rare.
Mee-maw would comment with a loving smile,
Praising our little one, all the while,
That red-headed boy, so full of grace,
The joy she saw on his bright face.
And there, too, her love would shine,
For her grandson and I, intertwined.
“How happy I am,” she’d often say,
To see us together, come what may.
At every event, she’d always appear,
With warm words and love sincere.
A presence so kind, so full of light,
Her love, a beacon burning bright.
Sweet, gentle, with a heart so true,
Her kindness will live on, through and through.
Though she’s gone, her love remains,
In every memory, in every refrain.
She will be missed, but never far,
For her love will guide us like a star.
A legacy of warmth, forever to stay,
In our hearts, she’ll never fade away.
