Sharree Ann Sullins, age 65

Sharree Ann Sullins, age 65 of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday February 25th, 2025 after her courageous battle against cancer.

Sharree was born on November 19th, 1959 in Leavenworth, Kansas to Dixie and Edward Sullins. She was a graduate of Leavenworth High School in 1978. She attended Metropolitan Community College – Maple Woods, in Kansas City Missouri where she earned a degree in Business Administration and Management. She continued her education at the University of Kansas (KU) in Lawrence, Kansas where she earned a degree for marketing, sales and finance. Sharree had a successful and impactful career in the finance service industry where she provided her expertise and guidance for more than 35 years. She was also a personal financial representative for Allstate financial services for almost 15 years.

Sharree is survived by her spouse, Ted Merrill; son, Shane Sullins (Crystal); stepson, Ken Merrill (Kayla); stepson, Josh Merrill; grandson, Zach Sullins; granddaughter, Kenna Merrill; mother, Dixie Sullins; sisters, Renee Broom and Jerri Sullins. She is preceded in death by her father, Edward Sullins and brothers, Barry and Terri Sullins.

Sharree was a vibrant and loving person who savored a life of luxury and shared her warmth with others. She enjoyed traveling, visiting the beach, shopping, and spending quality time with loved ones.

We will not be holding a public funeral; instead, there will be a private celebration of life to honor her wishes and memory.

    I just saw this notice today (3/5/25) and was shocked. She was such a ball of fire! She handled our financial service at Allstate; she was indeed a wonderful person!
