Wanda Jean Neal, of Pine Bluff, AR, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2025. Wanda was born on May 11^th, 1967, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to John and the late Ruby Cope.  Wanda is survived husband of 19 years Kenneth Neal, son Kaedan Rayshawuan Neal, a sister Judy Kaye Cope, a niece Rhonda Jean Cope. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Wanda loved the Lord with all her heart and her family was the center of her world, and she was a dedicated mother, always offering love, guidance, and support to her family.

Wanda worked as at Brookshires Grocery Store for 30 years. Outside of her career, she had a passion for reading and fishing.

Wanda will be remembered for her unwavering love, strength, and the joy she brought to everyone she knew. Kenneth and Wanda are Anchored for Life. She will be truly missed.
