Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Cecil “Big C” Lee Street, age 77

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cecil “Big C” Lee Street, who passed away peacefully at home on April 11, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on August 16, 1947, Cecil was so patient and kind touching the lives of all who had the privilege to know them.

Cecil is proceeded in death by his wife Shirley Street, son Bryan Street, and grandson Jeremy Handy.

He is survived by his daughters Cheryl James and Donna Grissom, brother Kenneth Cloutier, sister Robin (Lou) Ogle, grandchildren Billy Brown, Ashley (Daniel) Smithey, Jacob (Tammy) Street, Trenton Street and Joey Grissom and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Cecil was born in Paris, Arkansas to the late Fred and Julia Street. He graduated from White Hall High School in 1965.

Cecil spent many years working to provide for his family as a dedicated truck driver who enjoyed long haul trucking.

Cecil was a devoted family member and friend. He was a positive role model for those around him. He was selfless and generous, always giving to others and expecting nothing in return. Cecil enjoyed his dogs, long haul truck driving, the Razorbacks, and ice-cold Dr. Pepper.

Cecil’s memory will forever be cherished by his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him. His spirit of generosity, wisdom, and love will continue to inspire and guide us.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on April 19, 2025, at Family Church-White Hall at 1:30pm in the Multipurpose Room. Rest in peace, Cecil. Your life was a gift to us all, and your memory will remain in our hearts forever.
