Frances “Pat” Hall, 83, of Clinton passed away suddenly on April 7, 2025. Pat was born August 6, 1941 at Hemphill, TX to Lillian Pauline and Perry Wilkinson. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to her family that she cherished. She also had many family members and friends that she loved.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Deana Hall Williams and son, Ed Hall, grandchildren Kayla (Louis) Earnhart, Charlie (Dalton) Lawhon, Lauren (Brad) Atkinson, Brook Williams, Amanda Hall, Dustin Hall, and eleven wonderful great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. She is now going to be with her husband, Dean, who can now celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary next week together in Heaven.
Pat began singing at an early age and took every opportunity to sing country and gospel music with her family and friends. She recorded several songs and was known for her ability to harmonize. Later in life, both Pat and Dean operated Dean Hall’s Grocery store in Scotland, AR for 12 years serving many with the “famous ham sandwich”. In more recent years, Pat enjoyed the accompaniment of her dear friends, eating out and playing dominos and cards.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, April 10th at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church in Scotland by Pastor Shelia Gardner and Jason Henry. Interment will be held at Foster Cemetery at Scotland for immediate family members at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made in her memory to Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church, P.O. Box 37, Scotland, AR 72141.

I loved and cherished Miss Pat. I will miss her and the amazing visits we all had.
We want to express our sorrow at Pat”s sudden passing and her family is much in our thoughts during this time. So grateful I got to see her smiling, cheerful face the day before. Dean and Pat both held a special place in the hearts of our family and will be missed. I personally recall when they owned the store and my papaw would always make sure on our visits that we got to get a special treat there.
Always good to me as a little boy and older man. Many nights I stayed at there house, I find comfort knowing God is holding you and Dean today and forever! Thank you being part of my life
