Kevin Lloyd Clark, 66, of Cabot, Arkansas entered the gates of Heaven on April 13, 2025. Kevin was born in Little Rock AR on April 11, 1959 to Robert J. (Bob) Clark & Shirley White Clark.
Kevin was a 1977 graduate of Joe T. Robinson High School. After graduating, he was a Little Rock Police cadet. He joined the United States Navy in 1978 where he experienced the adventures of a lifetime. He had great Navy stories & loved to share them.
Kevin was a Farmers Insurance agent in Jacksonville AR for 30+ years. He enjoyed his career and his customers became lifelong friends. He was also an adjunct English instructor at UALR, ASU-Beebe and at the LRAFB. He not only taught proper writing skills but how to apply those skills in students day to day life. In all his endeavors, Kevin kept his relationship with Jesus Christ as the center of his life. He loved Jesus with all his heart and would be quick to share prayer with anyone who needed it.
Kevin was predeceased by his father Robert J. (Bob) Clark. Kevin is survived by his wife of 38 years, Dee Clark; his daughter Ashley (Dr. Ryan) Shearer; his grandchildren; Ben and Audrey Shearer; his son JJ Wilson (Roxy); grandchildren: Brayden, Isabelle, Samuel & Wesley Wilson. His mother Shirley (White) Clark; His brother; Tim Clark; Sister Robyn Clark Adkisson. His nieces & nephews: April (Casey) Reid, Matt (Amber) Clark, Holly (Nick) Brown, Johannah (Eric) Powers, Garrett Adkisson and many great nieces & nephews and a host of friends and family.
The family would like to thank his nurse, Marcia McBride, and Dr. Manisha Singh for the excellent care they gave Kevin over the years.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 6:00-8:00pm at City Hope Church located at 3501 John Harden Dr., Jacksonville, AR. Funeral Service will be officiated by Pastor Marc Bateman on April 17, 2025 at 11:00am at City Hope Church. Interment will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Little Rock, AR.
