Tina dedicated her whole life to being a server of Christ and being a vibrate presence in her community. She was active in her home church the CrossRoads Cowboy Church and never meeting a stranger. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel like family.

Professionally Tina worked for the state 35 years as her role as a Business Analyst, where she played a critical part in developing what is now CourtConnect a system that is still used today. Her work was a testament on her commitment for making a difference in the community.

After retirement, Tina pursue her dream of moving to the country, where she founded the Save by Grace equine rescue, providing a sanctuary for retired horses and donkeys so they could enjoy peace in their older years.

Army basic and AIT training in 2014, adopting her fur grandchild Luke for her 50th birthday whom was her beloved fur man,and in 2019 becoming a grandmother to her grand-daughter Julianna, and then watching Hayden and Devaney wed their significant others in 2021.

She was welcome home in Heaven with open arms by her loving parents John Lee Duncan and Frieda Louise Duncan, and her brother Bill Palmer Duncan.

She is survived by her three brothers: Dewaine Duncan (Debbie), Brian Duncan (Melissa), Tony Duncan (Missy); her three kids Devaney Crafton (Arielle) Landon Elliott, and Hayden Elliott (Kimberly); her one biological grandchild Julianna Johnson, and tons and tons of fur babies.

My heart will miss our chats about people’s names. LOL! Who else will understand my weird humor about that? You will be missed, for a time, because we will see each other and others soon. God’s Mercies and Prayers to the family.

Tina, life is to short for some but we have to remember it’s all in God’s hands he always has a plan. When I started working with you in 2009, you were the one to go to for the answers. You were a strong willed, kind, funny and loving person. Thank you for all the knowledge you shared and the friend you became. To your children know that she showed she loved you and it was obvious the way she talked about you!

Tina was one of the first persons that I met in 2007 when we worked at the same State job.

She had a fun personality, always close to a laugh. I especially remember a workweek that we spent in Poinsett County visiting six courts in six tiny towns and all the laughs that we shared during that trip.

May God’s grace comfort her family until they meet again 🙏 ❤️
