Deborah Lynn (Parris) Mallard, age 72, peacefully met her savior May 26, 2025.
Deborah was born May 03, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA. She was moved in 1955, to (Levy) North Little Rock. She grew up in LEVY/NLR, and lived there her entire life.
Deb was a kind, giving child of God, her savior. She assisted many women via Dorcas House.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Robert T. Parris and Mildred G. (Swayze) Parris.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years Rod Mallard Sr., a son Roderick Mallard II; a sister, Tanya Gale Kinkade; nieces, Misty Hartwick and Joy Sharp; nephews, Steven Parris Brown, Taylor Hartwick, and Trent Hartwick; and many adopted grandchildren.
Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 12:00pm at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Deborah, you were the best sister in law a girl could have. Not only did you make me feel so welcomed into the family, but you also dished all the dirt on the Mallard’s ( maybe you should have told me all that before I said I Do!!!). I will miss you greatly, we both will. We love you and always will.
