Terry Dean Binz, 62, of Little Rock, passed away on May 14, 2025. He was born in Little Rock to the late John and Fern Binz on April 8th, 1963.
Terry was a 1981 graduate from Catholic High School where he played basketball. He continued his education at the University of Arkansas where he studied Engineering. He began his career as project manager for Herman Binz and Sons Iron Works where he handled many high-profile projects through the years. He later became President of Herman Binz in 2012.
Terry enjoyed many things including, telling jokes, horse racing, bowling, sports, fishing, hunting, being outdoors, cooking and grilling. He was full of life and loved to make people laugh.
He is preceded in death by his loving parents, John and Fern; nephews Mitchell Haber and Samuel Binz.
Terry is survived by his brothers, Danny Binz (Christine) and Steve Binz (Dana); his sisters Angie Haber (Brad) and Christy Binz (Barry); numerous nieces and nephews; friends and family who loved him dearly; special friends, Lee Ann and Paula.
A memorial for Terry will be held at Faulkner Lake Orchard, 503 Morris Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72117 on Friday, May 23rd at 3pm; visitation one hour prior.
Terry was a huge fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and would love it if everyone wore their Razorback attire.

Oh this just saddens my heart. I bowled with Terry and his brother at Professor Bowl. Praying for comfort and peace for his entire family! He always put a big smile on my face! I am so sorry! He will be missed!

Terry and I grew up in same neighborhood, we graduated from St. Edward’s Catholic Elementary. Then Terry went to Catholic and I went to Mt St. Mary’s.
I enjoyed seeing his postings online.
